What is your return policy?
As a be pure au customer, we want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. When you want a return, the following applies:
a- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned beyond this period will be rejected.
b- The items must be unused and in their original condition. Return your item in the original packaging.
c- The cost of shipping the change of the part will be borne by the buyer
d- Be Pure AU does not make a refund, so the jewel will be exchanged for another accessory which must consist of the same priceΒ

What happens if my jewelry arrives defective?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective piece, however please note that our pieces are handmade by Colombian goldsmith artisans, which means that each of our jewels has unique finishes that make them slightly different in appearance, while Just like our whitebait emerald, which, being natural gemstones, can vary in shape and color, resulting in a unique piece like you!

Once deemed faulty, you will be offered the option for a refund or replacement. Please do not attempt to resolve any damages unless advised to do so by us. Will we not accept faults arising from misuse, or by not following the care instructions provided.
What happens after I send my return?
Upon receipt of your eligible return, you will be offered the option of a full refund or exchange for another piece of jewelry of the same value, excluding all shipping costs.
When will I receive a refund?
We aim to process your return within 14 business days. Be PURE au will contact you to arrange the return of your money.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently donβt offer an exchange service. All pieces eligible for a return can be done so for a refund or store credit. You can then place a new order for the piece or size youβd prefer!
How can I change my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once placed. When your order arrives, it can be returned to us via our returns policy. You can then place a new order for the piece or size youβd prefer!
