At Bepureau, we take pride in creating jewellery that blends ancestral craftsmanship with contemporary design. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches to ensure its exclusivity and quality. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind while protecting the integrity of our artisans’ work.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligible returns will be issued as a store credit or an exchange for another piece of equal value.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Faulty or Defective Items
We are deeply committed to the quality of our jewellery. However, as our pieces are handmade and incorporate natural emeralds, slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are expected and are part of their uniqueness — not considered defects.
If your jewellery presents a manufacturing defect, you are covered by our 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Once our team has validated the fault, you may choose between:

Replacement (subject to availability)
Full refund via the original payment method
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving your item.
Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method.
